We are now looking for an engaged District Manager based in Dalarna, with an office in Borlänge. You will be responsible for a rapidly growing operation and a team of over 100 employees, focusing on personnel, operations, and customer relations. Here you will have the chance to be part of the action and influence both people and results.
About the role

As a District Manager, you will have overall responsibility for personnel, operations, customers, and budget. You will actively work with management on personnel issues such as competence development, follow-up, and incident management. Leading and developing the business according to Avarn Security's vision, business idea, and policies, as well as business goals, is a given. You will also actively participate in the establishment of the business's goals and follow up on them. You will be part of the regional management team.

Requirements:

  • Criminal record extract
  • Approved financial review
  • Driving license B
  • Leadership skills/experience

Meritorious:

  • Experience from personnel-intensive operations or the security industry
  • Background in team sports or similar
