Fire and Safety Coordinator

Service Administration is the supplier of internal service and ancillary services for the municipality of Falun according to an FM concept. The mission is to support the municipality's various operations by providing fresh, functional, and suitable premises, tasty and nutritious meals, vehicles, and other ancillary services. The property of the Service Administration currently consists of management, operations, and projects.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, your main job responsibilities will include:

• Creating fire protection documentation, developing/updating evacuation plans
• Coordinating the overall fire protection work in properties managed by the Service Administration.
• Advising on building technical issues in fire protection matters towards management, operations, and projects.
• Participating in and supporting management in inspections and orders regarding properties.
• Collaborating with the Dala Mitt Rescue Service in SBA and BBR issues.
• Monitoring our agreements with contracted entrepreneurs within SBA (extinguishing agreements, etc.)
• Ordering services against our contracted agreements
• Coordinating the SBA group and being an expert for SBA in Property and Operations

The role is placed under the operations department, which works with the operation and maintenance of the municipality's properties.

Qualifications

The role requires:

• Education and relevant technical experience in SBA or other experience deemed relevant by the employer
• Knowledge of BBR, LSO
• Very good knowledge of SBA
• Other knowledge of legislation in the area
