About the Role

We are now looking for full-time security guards with a focus on fire protection management – do you want to make a difference?

As a fire protection manager, you have an important role in our responsibility to protect our customers' property. In your role, you will be a key player in our customer's protection. Through your work, you will protect buildings and premises from fire, theft, and damage.

Examples of Tasks

• manage operational and fire alarms
• issue permits for hot work
• be the first responder in medical emergencies
• conduct security checks at customer sites (e.g., ensuring alarms are activated and windows are closed)
• ensure that unauthorized persons do not enter customer premises
• escort emergency services during interventions
• inspect and replace fire protection equipment.

Salary according to collective agreement of 32,811 SEK. (Additional compensation for OB applies)

Requirements

The role requires that you have approved high school grades in Swedish and English. Since the assignment involves driving a car, we also require that you have a valid B driver's license. We offer thorough training and take great care to ensure you learn all aspects of the role, but we also expect that you have experience working as a security guard or in professional roles related to fire protection, such as facility management or systematic fire protection work.

Specific Requirements

• approved grades in Swedish and English from the first year of high school
• B driver's license

It is an advantage if you are currently working as a security guard or have done so previously. Experience with similar tasks, such as hot work, SBA work, or medical emergencies, is also seen as a plus.
