The Forensic Psychiatry in Säter is responsible for highly specialized care at the county, regional, and national levels. We primarily care for patients under the Forensic Psychiatric Care Act, but also for patients who fall ill during ongoing criminal care or during detention. We have a total of 78 care places divided into seven departments staffed by doctors, nurses, and caregivers. Within the organization, there is also a unit for treatment and operational follow-up, an administration and security unit, as well as a clinical management.

The security unit is largely responsible for the systematic and physical security of the clinic and now needs to be strengthened with summer substitutes, which can preferably be combined with hourly positions at other times of the year.

Summer Substitute Security Operator for Forensic Psychiatry in Säter

The work is carried out in established processes to meet the clinic's requirements for security and good accessibility. The main tasks include:

• Monitoring both the internal environment and the external environment directly adjacent to the clinic's premises using surveillance cameras and access control systems.
• Authorization and access control before individuals are allowed to enter the clinic's premises.
• General access control of patients, staff, and visitors through checks with an X-ray machine, metal detector arch, and searches.
• Responsibility for security functions such as fire alarms and assault alarms.
• Coordination of clinic-wide resources in terms of equipment and premises.
• Internal and external communication with care departments, emergency services, criminal care, etc.

Requirements:

• Driver's license B.
• Good computer skills.

Meritorious:

• Experience from the security industry, security guard or equivalent security officer certification.
