As a Lifeguard, you will be part of an engaged team that creates safe and memorable experiences for our guests every day. Here, you will combine responsibility, teamwork, and adrenaline daily. You ensure that our guests have fun and are safe while also developing and challenging yourself.

Your Profile

To succeed in the lifeguard team, you are a stress-resistant and responsible team player who thrives in deep water. We expect you to be proactive, service-oriented, and in good physical shape. You care about creating a safe experience for both guests and colleagues. Since the position involves a lot of guest contact, you need to speak fluent Swedish and English. Requirements include swimming proficiency and comfort in water. Experience in water activities, similar work, or lifeguarding is an advantage.

We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Working hours vary according to Sommarland's opening hours, generally between 09:00-18:30 every day of the week. The employment is a seasonal position at 50-100%, and the summer season runs from June to August. Salary and other conditions are according to the collective agreement with Vista-HRF Gröna riksavtalet. As a Lifeguard, you will undergo a mandatory 3-day training in lifeguarding. We offer staff accommodation and also have a staff camping area for those with their own van, caravan, or tent.

About Us The amusement park Leksand Sommarland in Dalarna is a real adventure for families with children during the summer. Inside the gates awaits a wide range of activities and attractions. Some of our most popular attractions include the Wipeout course in Siljan, Laser tag, High ropes courses for big and small, and of course, our Waterland with heated pools and winding water slides. Our 250 summer staff welcome up to 6000 guests per day.
