The Dalregiment
The Swedish Armed Forces – we defend Sweden, our allies, and our freedom to live as we choose. The establishment of the Dalregiment is part of building Sweden's defense capability. Until the regiment is developed to full capacity, including a new regimental area, the operations will be characterized by continuous development and change. The Workplace
Our workplace environment coordinator is moving forward in their career, and therefore the HR department of the Dalregiment is now looking for a replacement for its operations in Falun. Here you will have the chance to develop in an exciting and dynamic environment. The main task of the HR function is to create good conditions for the military units we develop. We work broadly to ensure our competence and personnel supply, both in the short and long term. The team currently consists of 10 people, including a personnel officer, three HR generalists, HR administrators, a workplace environment coordinator, a conscription consultant, a unit priest, and an HR manager. Main Responsibilities
As a workplace environment coordinator, you will develop and manage the regiment's systematic workplace environment work, both at a strategic and operational level. This includes:
- Being the cohesive force for the regiment's planning and follow-up of the systematic workplace environment work
- Supporting the organization's leaders in their systematic workplace environment work
- Collaborating with safety representatives and employees
- Supporting and, where appropriate, driving workplace environment issues within physical, organizational, and social workplace environments
- Creating routines and implementing them in the operations
- Participating in risk assessments and safety rounds
- Investigating accidents, serious incidents, and health issues at the unit level
- In your role, you will educate leaders, safety representatives, employees, and conscripts on workplace environment issues
- The workplace environment coordinator is also the cohesive force for the regiment's workplace environment committee and workplace environment group, and is the contact person for the Swedish Work Environment Authority
The work involves, in addition to collaboration with HR colleagues, close cooperation with the unit's operational safety officer, environmental coordinator, defense health, quality manager, infrastructure handler, and safety organization.
Qualifications
- Academic degree in workplace environment and work experience in a relevant field that the employer deems suitable
- Very good knowledge of workplace environment legislation and systematic workplace environment work
- Driving license B

Meritorious
- Experience working with organizational and social workplace environments

Other Information
Employment form: Civil employment permanent with a six-month probationary period
Working degree: Full-time
Working hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday during daytime with flexible working hours agreement. Work may be scheduled outside regular working hours.
Work location: Falun, but business trips may occur
Estimated start date: Upon agreement
Salary: Individual salary setting applies within the framework of the Swedish Armed Forces' salary policy

The Dalregiment is one of the Swedish Armed Forces' newly re-established units with roots dating back to 1625. The regiment was re-established in 2021 following a decision by the parliament. Our operations are located in Falun, and we will contribute to the training of soldiers who build the future infantry units/Army.

Employment with us means placement in a security class. Usually, Swedish citizenship is required.
