KGK | Autoexperten is embarking on a long-term investment in the heavy sector – trucks, buses, and machinery. This is a natural step in the company’s development, aiming to build a strong, customer-oriented, and efficient structure for the heavy vehicle market. The initiative includes establishing regional distribution centers across the country – from Malmö to Hudiksvall – all prepared to handle the heavier product flows with the right equipment, spare parts, as well as tailored warehouses and trained local teams. We are now looking for a Sales Representative focused on the heavy sector in Karlstad.

The focus is not on growing the fastest, but on building the right foundation from the start. With short decision-making paths, high availability, and several daily deliveries, KGK | Autoexperten aims to be the most reliable partner for workshops and transport companies in the heavy segment.

About the role
As a Sales Representative at KGK | Autoexperten, you will play a key role in establishing the heavy sector in your area. You will be responsible for ensuring the right assortment, inventory flow, and customer solutions, while building the business locally with a dedicated team. The role combines operational responsibility with customer-facing work and is suitable for those who want to be part of something that is growing, with great opportunities to influence.

You will collaborate with the local branch manager and sales representatives and be part of the national team for the Heavy sector, supported by central functions in product, goods flow, marketing, and sales. You will work closely with customers and workshops, providing technical advice and customer support, managing orders and order flows, and actively contributing to building the assortment and local customer relationships.

The role also involves planning and participating in customer visits, workshop meetings, and training sessions together with colleagues from the central team. You will work systematically according to KGK | Autoexperten's Way of Selling and continuously update your work in the CRM system Salesforce.

About you
To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you have several years of experience – preferably at least five – from the automotive aftermarket, where you have worked within wholesale or workshop management. Experience from the truck, bus, or machinery sector is particularly meritorious.

You have good computer skills and experience with business or CRM systems, as well as technical knowledge. It is an advantage if you have an understanding of heavy vehicles such as Volvo, Scania, or Mercedes. You also have a B driver's license and good knowledge of both Swedish and English.

As a person, you have a genuine interest in technology, customer relationships, and creating structure and efficiency in everyday life. You are business-minded, solution-oriented, and structured, and enjoy working closely with both customers and colleagues. You take initiative, build trust, and contribute with clarity, engagement, and presence.

Why KGK | Autoexperten?
This is a unique opportunity to be part of an ambitious initiative from the start, where the conditions are well-prepared, but where you still have ample room to influence. You will be part of a strong team with short decision-making paths and a culture characterized by commitment, quality, and long-term thinking.
