We are now looking for a technical project manager who wants to help shape the sustainable energy solutions of the future. With us, you will work on exciting and meaningful projects within hydropower turbines – a crucial part of the green transition. The position is based at our office in Karlstad and primarily targets projects in central and southern Sweden.

About the role – a key position with breadth and responsibilityAs a technical project manager, you will have a central role in our turbine contracts – from planning and quotation to completed project. You:
· Are the main contact for the customer and responsible for both technical and commercial progress.
· Lead assembly teams, coordinate with workshops and suppliers, and ensure that the project meets the right quality, time, and budget.
· Work both from the office in Karlstad and in the field – travel is a natural part of the job.
· Collaborate closely with our teams in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Europe – gaining an international dimension in your daily work.
This is a job for you who enjoy varied days, practical problem-solving, and being close to technology – while leading projects from start to finish.
Your tasks in brief· Drive projects technically and commercially – from quotation to delivery.
· Lead planning, follow-up, risk management, and reporting.
· Contribute to the development of project methods and structures.
· Strengthen collaboration with customers and create long-term relationships.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a civil engineer or a university engineer – preferably with a focus on mechanics, electrical, energy, or similar.
- Has previous experience in technical project management, preferably within hydropower or industry.
- Is self-driven, structured, and confident in making decisions.
- Has good communication skills – you express yourself fluently in Swedish and English.
- Is an engaged team player with technical curiosity and a commercial drive.
