We are now looking for a Operations and Maintenance Technician for our facility in Torsby.

Adven delivers heat to everything from villas to large industries, and in our industrial collaborations, we manage heat that would otherwise go to waste.

About the position

As an operations and maintenance technician, you will handle both emergency maintenance and plan and execute ongoing maintenance, including regular inspections. You will work directly with maintenance tasks while planning and coordinating resources, leading contractors, and ensuring that operations function optimally. You are responsible for ensuring that the facility operates safely, environmentally, and economically, and together with your colleagues, you ensure that production and distribution operations reach their full potential. The work primarily takes place during the day, but the position also involves on-call duties approximately once a month. Responsibilities

-Ensure that the operational area is run in an environmentally, safely, and economically sound manner by working with continuous improvements according to Adven's management structure -Together with your colleagues, ensure that production and distribution operations achieve their full potential -Ongoing maintenance work on production facilities and equipment -Continuous monitoring and optimization of production units

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a technical background, for example as an operations technician, process operator, mechanic, or electrician, with a good understanding of both operational processes and control systems.
• Has good knowledge of the Office suite
• Has a valid driver's license (B)
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish, as the language is used in daily work

It is an advantage if you:

• Have previous experience with energy production facilities
• Have an education in operations and maintenance
• Possess good mechanical skills and/or electrical competence
