JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a maintenance technician with us, you play a central role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and reliable production. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues in maintenance, production, and other support functions. Your main responsibility is to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.

In your daily work, you will identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that arise during operational disruptions. You participate in planning maintenance efforts together with the maintenance manager and production, and document completed work in our maintenance system. Examples of tasks include:

• Perform planned and corrective maintenance on machines and production equipment

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults, sensors, transmitters, and control systems in collaboration with electricians and production

• Troubleshoot, repair, and improve technical systems to minimize downtime

• Participate in the installation, commissioning, and modification of equipment

• Actively work to develop routines and improve reliability and safety

By always working with a focus on safety and quality, you contribute to stable production and a safe working environment.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, we believe you have a technical background, for example from secondary or post-secondary education in electrical, mechanical, automation, or mechatronics. You do not need to be a trained electrician, but you should have a good understanding of electrical systems, control, and components in an industrial environment.

If you have previous experience in maintenance work within the manufacturing industry, it is an advantage. Furthermore, we believe you have good troubleshooting and repair skills, preferably in both mechanics and electricity, as well as basic IT skills. You are proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

As a person, you are analytical and solution-oriented, with a keen eye for detail and a desire to understand technical relationships. You work in a structured and meticulous manner, while also having the ability to act quickly and effectively in urgent situations. Your safety mindset is always present, and you thrive in an environment where collaboration, communication, and accountability are a natural part of everyday life. We are looking for someone who:
