About the Role

As a signal technician, you play a crucial role in ensuring that Sweden's railway system is safe, reliable, and efficient. You will work with maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of signal systems, where safety and quality are always in focus. The work includes both urgent interventions and preventive maintenance to minimize future disruptions.

You will become part of a competent and cohesive team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are central. The role involves close contact with both colleagues and customers, and you will have the opportunity to develop within signal technology – both technically and organizationally.

The position offers flexible geographical placement, and work takes place during day, evening, and night shifts, every day of the week.

At the same time, you are independent, take responsibility for your tasks, and have the ability to make decisions even in pressured situations.

You are flexible and have no problem adapting to changing conditions – both regarding working hours and geographical placement, as travel may occur within the job.

Furthermore, you are meticulous, have a structured working method, and a high safety awareness. You also have a good ability to solve problems under pressure and maintain calm even when the pace is high or unexpected situations arise.

Required Qualifications

• Qualified signal technician
• SISÄ authorization
• Driver's license B
• Swedish language skills in speech and writing
