Property Manager at Stendalen Fastigheter

Your Mission

As a property manager, you are responsible for the supervision and maintenance of the external and internal environment of several properties. You work to create a good living and working environment where positive relationships with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the area are an important part. You monitor incoming service requests from tenants and ensure that issues in apartments, premises, and common areas are resolved.

Job Responsibilities

· Preventive supervision through regular rounds within decided intervals.

· Issue resolution during rounds and after reports from tenants and businesses in the area.

· Ordering function regarding specialist-required or time-consuming work and repairs.

· Follow-up on ordered work.

· Supervision of contracted services regarding external and internal maintenance.

· Check and read electricity and water consumption.

· Participate in contracts and maintenance projects to achieve the best service for the customer.

· Inventory of maintenance needs.

· Welcome and introduce new residents.

· Tenant contacts, communication, and information to customers.

· Show apartments and assist the property manager in showing premises.

· Collaborate with other stakeholders in the community to promote the company's vision and the positive development of the area.
