Care Assistant at the Home Care Administration

The department works with quality development, innovation, digitization, process management, and there are roles such as digitalization strategist, development leader, and welfare technician.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for you who are a trained care assistant with a protected professional title.

You are a responsible person with a good ability to plan and organize your work. You have full delegation authority and experience in taking all delegations from licensed personnel. We value that you find it easy to collaborate, while you also have the courage and willingness to work independently. With us, you will be part of a professional team where collaboration with different actors is a natural part of everyday life. To thrive, we believe you appreciate situations that require innovation and creativity. The work involves documentation in our digital systems, which requires good computer skills and strong communication abilities. You need to express yourself well in Swedish when communicating with colleagues, patients, and relatives.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced care assistant with education in health and care, who has a particular interest in psychogeriatrics and preferably has further education in the field.

You work with a person-centered approach and consider each individual's unique needs and wishes. You are confident in your professional role and are happy to share your knowledge and experiences with your colleagues. You have a good ability to collaborate, communicate, and promote a good work environment. You work evidence-based, methodically, and with a development-oriented attitude, and you are used to adapting your working methods to the patient's needs.

As a colleague, you contribute to a good work environment, take responsibility, treat others with respect, and have a passion for working with the elderly. You are engaged in your own development and actively participate in improvement efforts to enhance the quality of our work.
