Björkris is Kungsbacka's largest care and nursing home, completed in the spring of 2023. Here, there are 120 modern apartments where each tenant has the opportunity to create a personal home. With a short distance to the train station and 20 minutes from Gothenburg, it is a perfect place to work.

The role of Nursing Assistant, Care Assistant, and Aide with us

In this job, you provide good care and social support based on the tenants' needs. Your work also includes social documentation, various health and medical tasks, as well as planning and executing daily activities for a pleasant living environment for our tenants. We work qualitatively and purposefully with the BPSD register and other methods that promote a person-centered approach where care and support are provided safely and securely based on individual needs and wishes. We want to offer security to those we serve, where we see collaboration as a key factor for our organization. We believe that the role of the contact person is very important and want you to take significant responsibility in that area.

In our facility, the Service Administration cleans the tenants' apartments, and our work clothes are sent for circulation washing.

Your profile

As a person, you are accommodating and respectful in your interactions and attentive to your surroundings. You exude calmness, create security for our tenants, and it is natural for you to always have the best interests of the care recipients in mind. Interaction is A and O, and you have a big heart and commitment. You enjoy learning new things and being involved in the development of the organization. Furthermore, you are responsible and contribute positively to a good working environment. You are happy to bring new ideas that contribute to the development of the organization. We want everyone working at Björkris to contribute to good camaraderie by being flexible and good colleagues in all situations. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Our offer and additional information

We offer a permanent position with a start date to be agreed upon. The schedule is set for days, evenings, and every other weekend.

The position is full-time or as agreed. Within the Administration for Care & Support, all employees in home care and care and nursing homes are employed at a 100% employment rate, but employees have the opportunity to reduce their desired employment rate based on the needs of the organization.
