The position is a full-time temporary position, currently 30 hours a week according to the local agreement.

Job Responsibilities

• Support users in their daily lives through personal care, assistance during meals, laundry, medication, and transfers.
• Be an important link between different care providers and relatives.
• Take responsibility for the interventions to be made together with colleagues.
• Make independent decisions.
• Work independently and in a group.
• Collaborate with other professional categories and relatives.

The position involves working shifts during the day, evening, and weekends.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Good proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license B.

Meritorious:

• Experience in home care and home health care.
• Experience working in special housing.
• Experience in dementia care.
• Good computer skills; experience with the documentation system Viva, planning system Intraphone, and the quality register BPSD.
• Experience from work or education in rehabilitation and transfers.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
