We are looking for someone who wants a meaningful and varied job with the opportunity to make a difference every day. You will work with various tasks within care and support based on a salutogenic approach.

We who work in elderly care in Härjedalen Municipality strive to offer a safe and stimulating environment for our care recipients. You will primarily work Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday, 26 hours per week with a full-time salary.

Job Responsibilities

• Support users in their daily lives; for example, with personal care, assistance during meals, laundry, medication management, transfers, and rehabilitation.
• Be an important link between different care providers and relatives.
• Take full responsibility for the services to be provided during a shift.

If necessary, you may also work in other units within elderly care.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Certified nursing assistant education or caregiver experience in care and support.

Desirable:

• Experience with the documentation system VIVA.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
