We are looking for

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant or have experience working as a caregiver and who want a meaningful and varied job with the opportunity to make a difference every day. You will work with various tasks within care and support based on a salutogenic approach. We who work in elderly care in Hede strive to offer a safe and stimulating environment for our clients. The position involves wonderful night work that includes both special housing and home care.

We work based on the needs and wishes of the clients at the center.

Job Responsibilities

• The work involves a large part of independent decision-making and solitary work, as well as collaboration with other professional categories and relatives.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Completed or ongoing education in the care and nursing program or another suitable care education.
• Driver's license B.
• Computer skills and experience with the systems Viva and IntraPhone.

Meritorious:

• Medication delegation.
• Experience with Sami and South Sami culture.
• Experience from work in rehabilitation, transfer knowledge, and special housing.
• Specialist training in dementia, geriatrics, or palliative care.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
