We are looking for a nursing assistant for night shifts at Myran. Our night services include both awake night shifts and journal night shifts. We offer training and several benefits.

About Myran
Myran is a small residence located in central Östersund, which means it is close to pharmacies and health centers. We have 2 parking spaces in the garage.
We have 22 places spread over three floors. Myran is run on a contract basis, which means we use Östersund municipality's documentation systems such as Viva and MCSS.
We apply a needs-based wish schedule. This means that you as an employee have the opportunity to influence your own working hours based on needs and wishes.
You have a team leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operations. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.
As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important!
Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to meet people.
You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

A requirement is that you are a trained nursing assistant and preferably have worked a couple of years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also advantageous. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
