We are now looking for a nurse or district nurse for a fixed-term position with us at Tegs Health Center.

We are looking for someone who wants to work in a stable area with a registered population from both urban and rural settings. We have about 17,500 people registered with us and are one of the region's largest health centers. We have good staffing at the health center and favorable conditions to meet the needs of people seeking care with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse or district nurse with us, you contribute knowledge and engagement that makes people feel safe and validated in their interactions with you.

Working at a health center means a fun, varied, and independent job in collaboration with other professionals working with us. At the health center, we meet and care for children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly in both planned and acute care. The job is varied, including both planned and acute care, counseling, conversations, follow-ups, and other health-promoting work.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a licensed nurse or district nurse. We are looking for someone who wants to work at a health center and is attracted to the pace, dynamics, and variety that such a workplace offers.

You are a present and positive person who, with knowledge and care, sees the patient and can adapt care to the needs that exist; you know that your approach is important for the people you meet. You work well in collaboration with others and enjoy being there for other people. You function well in the working methods required in primary care and make your workday function based on your commitments. You see opportunities and can prioritize when needed. You have insight into being an important part of your colleagues' work environment and spread security, energy, and joy to your surroundings. You have a good ability to work in a periodically high tempo.
