The Role of Care Assistant with Us

As a care assistant, you will meet people with different needs and work in their homes. This may involve support in daily life, personal hygiene, and medical interventions. No two days are alike, and the work is stimulating and never boring. Our geographical area extends from Älvsåker and Anneberg to Björkris. If you enjoy following the changes in nature throughout the year, there are great opportunities for that.

You will work according to a schedule that includes days, evenings, and every other weekend.

Your Profile

In addition to enjoying and being interested in people, accuracy, flexibility, and resilience to stress are required. We prefer that you are a positive and calm person who is also solution-oriented, sees opportunities in changes, takes initiative, and suggests new approaches. You must express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

• holds a B driver's license

We offer a permanent full-time position with start date according to agreement.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Department of Health & Care, all employees in home care and care homes are employed at a 100% employment rate, but employees have the option to reduce their desired employment rate based on the needs of the operation.
