About the position

We are looking for a structured and service-oriented IT Administrator who wants to play a central role in our daily IT operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our employees have the right tools, permissions, and provide technical support to perform their work efficiently and smoothly.

You will be an important link between technology, staff, and user support. With us, you will combine technical expertise with a service mindset in a large organization.

Responsibilities

As an IT Administrator, you will have overall responsibility for the administration of the group's licenses, telephony solutions, subscriptions, and hardware.

Common tasks include the on/offboarding process, administration of systems such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and telephony administration. You will have recurring contact with our external suppliers for troubleshooting.

In your daily work, you will collaborate with our IT technicians as needed to assist our end-users with support, user assistance, and troubleshooting.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our new employees receive correctly configured computers, mobile phones, and other equipment. You will set up accounts with associated licenses, personal permissions, and ensure a seamless onboarding for new employees.

The offboarding process also falls under the IT Administrator's responsibilities, including the retrieval of all equipment and systematic decommissioning of personal accounts upon termination of employment.

Who are we looking for?

As an IT Administrator, you need to have good communication skills to explain technical solutions clearly. You are service-oriented and enjoy helping users and contributing to a functioning IT environment. In your work, you have the ability to work independently and take responsibility for solving problems efficiently. At the same time, teamwork is important as you are part of a close-knit team.

You are meticulous, solution-oriented, curious, and enjoy practical work. You place great importance on creating order and structure, and have a natural drive to improve routines and processes.

Qualifications

  • Education focused on IT or equivalent work experience deemed relevant by the employer.
  • Experience working operationally as IT support with system administration.
  • Good knowledge in handling PCs, printers, peripherals, and network equipment. Installation, troubleshooting, and configuration of hardware.
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Driver's license (B)

It is a plus if you have:

  • Experience working with telephone exchange systems.
  • Experience working as an IT Administrator in a larger organization.
