About the Role

Do you want to work in a role where you get to be the spider in the web, helping both customers and colleagues, and managing cases from start to finish? Then this might be the job for you.

As part of our dispatch team (15 people + manager), you will receive incoming cases every day and plan technicians' days. You will also provide support to technicians in the field when they encounter problems. The work is varied, the pace can be high, and you will quickly face new challenges to solve.

The most important thing is that you have a willingness to learn and a genuine service mindset. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and will give you the time and support you need to settle into the role.

We see it as a great plus if you have previous experience as a service technician.
