What the role entails

As a consulting unit manager in the Applied Analytics business area, you will lead a team of engaged employees at our office in Stockholm and contribute to developing our expertise and shaping our services in AI.

In the role of consulting unit manager, in addition to leading your unit, you will also work as a consultant on assignments. This gives you the opportunity to maintain proximity to technology while developing as a leader. The role also allows you to contribute to business development and customer dialogues - where you can identify and develop ideas and business opportunities that create value in the AI field. You have the chance to build and maintain strong customer relationships, and your strategic thinking can help shape and implement business strategies that promote our growth and innovation.

Applied Analytics is a relatively new business area within Combitech that offers AI solutions to help our customers streamline their processes, increase their security, and contribute to a more sustainable society. We also develop our own innovative AI applications that can be integrated into customers' products/IT platforms or offered as separate systems, for example: Automated measurement systems for quality control based on computer vision technology and generative AI solutions based on on-prem or cloud-based language models for review, requirements analysis, translation, and searching in documents and databases.

Since the position involves work that is subject to defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and be approved in a security review with a background check.

We believe you have knowledge in AI and machine learning, experience working with technologies such as "computer vision" and generative AI models, as well as an understanding of IT platforms and integration of AI solutions.
