Job Duties / Arbetsuppgifter

• Lead the architecture and development of Aris Machina’s advanced software platforms for industrial environments.
• Develop agentic AI systems for real-time analysis, troubleshooting, and decision-making in factories.
• Design and implement backend software and distributed systems integrating machine data, production systems, and digital twins.
• Oversee technical direction, architectural standards, and software quality.
• Collaborate with industrial experts, product teams, and customers to translate complex manufacturing requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to engineering teams.

Requirements / Krav

Education / Utbildning

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

Work Experience / Erfarenhet

• Several years of senior or staff-level experience in software engineering.
• Documented experience in industrial software or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Deep expertise in backend systems development (e.g., Python, Go, Rust).
• Experience with AI systems, agent architectures, or machine learning in production or industrial settings.
• Experience with real-time data, PLC systems, OPC UA, or similar industrial protocols is meritorious.

Skills / Färdigheter

• Ability to drive technical decision-making and architect complex systems.
• Strong problem-solving ability in data-intensive and highly constrained environments.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with industrial, data, and product specialists.
