Description

The home care service in Grythyttan is based at Sörgården's assisted living facility and offers support for users with individual care needs. We are now looking for two dedicated nursing assistants who want to make a difference every day.

With us, you will work in a structured and goal-oriented manner, focusing on strengthening the independence of our care recipients in their daily lives. Our working method is rehabilitative, which means that we start from each individual's own abilities, skills, and needs.

We are looking for someone with a positive and professional attitude, who sees opportunities, creates security, and spreads joy in interactions with others. Here, you will also have the chance to help develop our working methods – together with a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Perform care tasks and manage medication according to delegation.
• Plan and develop daily work together with colleagues.
• Establish and follow up on implementation plans.
• Take on representative assignments or other areas of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education and experience from similar work.
• Documented experience in care work.
• Basic computer skills and experience documenting in operational systems.
• A professional approach, good collaboration skills, and flexibility.
• Ability to work solution-focused and maintain calm in stressful situations.
• Driver's license B.

Conditions

We apply ongoing selection in this recruitment, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. A probationary period may be applicable, and great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Working hours are day/evening and weekend shifts.
