As a bridge designer with us, you will work with all project phases - from early investigations of possible bridge measures to the preparation of construction documents, load-bearing calculations, and reinforcement design of existing bridges. Our assignments range from small local solutions to extensive national infrastructure projects. Here you will have the opportunity to develop, share your knowledge, and collaborate with knowledgeable colleagues both nationally and internationally.

Your responsibilities include:

Modeling and drawing production:

• Create technical solutions in both 2D and 3D.
• Prepare dimension drawings, reinforcement drawings, and other technical documentation.

Investigations and reports:

• Draft PM and technical investigations related to constructions.
• Perform LCC analyses (life cycle cost analyses), impact assessments, and scheduling.
• Establish AMA descriptions.

About you

We are looking for someone who takes initiative and is self-sufficient in their work, with the ability to take responsibility for the entire process from start to delivery. You are structured and organized, set realistic deadlines, and ensure that the work is delivered with high quality. Your collaboration and communication skills enable you to build good relationships that contribute to problem-solving, a positive work environment, and effective deliveries. With your business understanding, you see the bigger picture and can contribute to both long-term sustainability and profitability in our assignments.

Qualifications

• Approved engineering degree (master's or bachelor's level), for example:
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in bridge and construction projects, either as a client, consultant, or contractor.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of CAD.

Meritorious

• Focus on structural courses in your degree.
• Experience in contracting.
• Experience in programming.
• Experience with Tekla.

Location and other information

We offer a permanent position starting by agreement with placement at our office in Malmö or Helsingborg. We value flexibility and therefore offer the possibility of remote work a few days a week.
