About the position
As a teaching assistant at Alphaskolan, you will work with students in need of support at school. The job involves providing support to students during lessons and breaks, as well as participating in adapting and clarifying the school day according to the students' needs. Contact and collaboration with guardians and teachers are also part of the job responsibilities.
Examples of job tasks:
• work together with educators and individual students in teaching students in need of special support
• work preventively and support the development of the educational work to meet the needs of the students
• follow up and evaluate implemented measures together with teachers and special educators
• be familiar with and follow the organization's laws, policies, and routines.
