Your task

As a Systems Specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our system solutions.

Your main tasks will be to ensure and optimize the use of our systems within purchasing, asset management, and technical documentation.

Your work includes:

• Analyzing and identifying the need for system improvements and proposing solutions that meet both current and future requirements.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure that the systems support the organization's goals.
• Managing support and training for users to promote effective use of the system.
• Documenting procedures, system documentation, and user manuals.
• Actively participating in projects, investigations, and improvement initiatives, where you use your problem-solving analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
• Contributing to management work in close collaboration with other IT management, operations, and projects.

Your competence

We see that you, who are applying for this position, have a university or college degree with a focus on IT, technology, data, or system science, or education/experience that we find equivalent.

Knowledge of purchasing systems, asset management systems, and technical document management systems is advantageous. Extra merit with knowledge of Hexagon EAM and Master Concept.

You have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You have several years of previous experience in similar tasks within the IT field, and you are good at defining and documenting both technical solutions and user instructions.

Your team

This position will be placed in the competence unit System Support, which is part of the IT department in the business area Development and Digitalization.

The unit is responsible for providing the group with functioning IT support. An important part of the mission is to ensure that the applications under management function according to the governance model and decided management plans.

You will belong to the Competence Unit System Support but perform your work in two delivery teams, the Facility Management team and the Finance and Purchasing team. The teams are led by two capability leaders.
