JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone with a warm heart, who is attentive and wants to make a difference every day. Experience is a plus, but the most important thing is that you care; we will teach you the rest.

The assignment is varied, and you will perform it together with competent colleagues. You will primarily work with good care, service, and social interaction, but documentation, planning, health and medical tasks, and development work are also part of the job.

Working hours are scheduled for days and evenings, both weekdays and weekends. The home care group center is based at Tullbackagården's premises in central Nora.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has experience working in elderly care.

You are professional in your interactions with home care recipients and their relatives, and you respect the recipient's independence, integrity, and dignity.

Furthermore, you need to have some computer skills and experience with written documentation as it is part of the assignment. You also need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken.

We place great importance on personal suitability.

As of 1/7-23, the title nursing assistant is a protected professional title. To be employed with the title nursing assistant, you need to provide a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare. Alternatively, a certificate from a previous employer confirming that you had a permanent position as a nursing assistant on 1/7-23 when the regulations came into effect.
