About the role

Do you want to contribute to high-quality care and support in a workgroup characterized by commitment and development? We are looking for an engaged nursing assistant to our team in ordinary housing, where we put the well-being of our care recipients at the center. With us, you will have the opportunity to make a difference through your work while also developing in a workgroup characterized by curiosity and the introduction of new welfare services.

Your tasks:

As a nursing assistant in ordinary housing, you will work to provide our care recipients with the best possible care in their own homes. You are responsible for creating security and trust by providing both practical help and personal care, as well as supporting the individual in their daily life. An important focus of your work is to ensure good quality and documentation of all interventions, where digital tools will be part of your daily work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant or has equivalent education.
• Previous experience in care and support is an advantage.
• Has a genuine interest in working in care and support and is relationship-building.
• Is accustomed to using digital tools and can document.
• Is responsible, meticulous, and enjoys working independently, but also in a team.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has a B driver's license.

We offer four temporary positions, all at 75%, with scheduling on days, evenings, and weekends, where you will become a valuable part of our team.

Start on February 1 and until September 2026 with the possibility of extension.
