The Primary Care Center (PVC) Östergötland consists of 33 region-operated health centers, Health Center Finspång, Child Health Care Unit, 1177 and emergency centers in the evening and on weekends, and the General Medicine Training Center. We conduct a broad primary care operation where we provide care to everyone throughout their lives; newborns, children, adolescents, adults, the elderly, and patients at the end of life.

Job Description

As a district nurse/diabetes nurse/nurse at the health center, you will have varied tasks, primarily phone counseling/digital care and your own clinic operations. Here you will meet a wide spectrum of patients in terms of age and symptoms. No day is the same. You will be part of a team with other professionals, and you will also work independently and make your own assessments.

We are a large health center with many different professions, including nurses, district nurses, general practitioners, resident doctors, nursing assistants, and more.

About You

You are a licensed nurse. Training in diabetes and phone counseling is a merit.

We are looking for you who are a district nurse/diabetes nurse or nurse, preferably with a few years of experience in the profession. Previous work in primary care, phone counseling, and diabetes is a merit.

Computer skills - we work in Cosmic. You master the Swedish language in speech and writing, corresponding to C1 level.
