We are now looking for those who want to work part-time as hourly employees during the spring and/or summer as summer substitutes. There is also the possibility of temporary employment during the spring.
Disability Care (Support Assistant/Support Staff/Personal Assistant)
In our operations, you will work with individuals with mental, physical, and intellectual disabilities. You will meet residents with anxiety, self-harm thoughts, psychosis and schizophrenia, as well as alcohol and/or drug problems. Your mission is to strengthen the individual's ability to live as independently as possible, including providing motivational support and creating structure in daily life.

Treatment Assistants for the Youth Home
The youth home receives young people aged 16–20 years. At the home, the youth are prepared for independent living and adulthood. Together with social workers, the youth, and any guardians, you will identify the youth's support needs and plan how the support will be implemented.
Treatment Assistants for the Support Homes Bryggan and Hera
Bryggan is a support home for men over 20 years old with alcohol and/or drug problems. Hera is a support home for women over 20 years old with addiction and dependency issues.

Who are we looking for?
You who are applying should have completed or be in the process of completing a social work or psychology degree, or an equivalent qualification. We prefer that you have previous experience in similar work. To communicate with users, relatives, and colleagues, write and participate in care documentation, and obtain medication delegation, good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing is required. It is important that you have a strong work ethic, are attentive, and respect residents and colleagues. You can work both independently and in a team. A driver's license is a plus. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Working hours vary depending on the operation and can be scheduled for day, evening, weekend, on-call night, and awake night. You can work occasional hours or on longer temporary assignments.
Summer Bonus and Special Compensation for Pensioners in Disability Care
In Disability Care, there is an opportunity for a summer bonus for awake night work and based on certain criteria. For those who are pensioners, we offer an additional 25% in salary. This applies to both individual shifts and monthly salary employment during June, July, and August.
