We are a moderately sized healthcare center where everyone works closely together. We have 6 specialist doctors in general medicine, 4 resident doctors, diabetes nurses, hypertension nurses, asthma-COPD nurses, a well-functioning home care service, child health care (BVC), and a very effective psychosocial team with 2 psychologists and a psychotherapist. All members of the management team are clinically active. We place great emphasis on the work environment and employee engagement and constantly strive to create the very best workplace together.

Our goal is to offer resident doctors the best possible learning environment. We have scheduled supervision every week, and in addition, you can always ask a colleague for help. "Open doors" have always worked well for us, and we usually receive good feedback from residents and those rotating from psychiatry that they experience good support in their work. Customized schedules based on where the resident doctor is, shared lists with their supervisor. Opportunity for internal rotation within home care and BVC. We have undergone SPUR review with good results.

We are looking for someone who wants to become a specialist in general medicine, who has an interest in patients, who wants to learn more, and who wants to be an important part of our operations.

The position will be filled provided that it is not needed for internal relocation, according to current regulations.

For patient-related work within the Stockholm County healthcare area:

• Background checks are applied before hiring decisions according to current guidelines.
• Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment medical examination, according to current directives, which is conducted through occupational health services before employment.
• In addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-certified staff with patient contact.
