We are now looking for an experienced and driven Contract Manager who wants to take a central role in creating business value through effective contract management. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you drive important contracts through their entire lifecycle from initiation and implementation to follow-up and supplier collaboration.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that contracts and deliveries create maximum benefit for the business and comply with applicable regulations and internal guidelines. You will be the hub in the work with contract implementation, performance follow-up, supplier relationships, and risk management.

As a Contract Manager, you will act as the Single Point of Contact in the area and support the organization in both operational and tactical matters.

Your main responsibilities

  • Drive and manage the entire contract lifecycle from signing to performance and follow-up.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct and lead meetings with internal teams and suppliers.

  • Implement contracts and monitor SLAs, potential penalties, and other key metrics.

  • Identify, analyze, and report deviations and suggest measures.

  • Disseminate KPI reports and follow up performance against business goals.

  • Conduct supplier assessments, quality reviews, and audits.

  • Collaborate with functions such as Legal, Procurement, Security, and Compliance.

  • Be an active participant in new procurements and negotiations.

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in Contract Management or a similar role.

  • A degree in law, engineering, or another relevant field.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Good knowledge of the Contract Management process.

  • Desirable IT skills: Coupa, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Background in telecommunications, technology, or similar industries.
  • Documented ability to act quickly, flexibly, and commercially.
