Coordinator for Home Care in Byske

Here, you will have a central role in home care – an operation that is developing and characterized by a strong belief in the future. You will work independently, make a difference in daily operations, and contribute to creating conditions for a functioning and secure operation.

YOUR ROLE

As a coordinator, you are the hub of the daily work in home care. You create structure, overview, and security in an operation where needs can change rapidly. Your duties include planning and coordinating daily work together with the manager, staffing administrators, and other coordinators. You receive assignments from the Decision Unit and handle cases from the hospital via Lifecare Coordinated Planning. You also work in our operational systems where you produce statistics and documentation that help us make wise decisions and maintain high quality.

If necessary, the work may also include certain care and support tasks. The position is full-time with daytime working hours, 38.25 hours per week, and the possibility of flexible hours. Some weekend work may occur.

YOUR COMPETENCE AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone who enjoys creating order, providing good service, and being a support for both colleagues and the organization. You are good at planning, building structure, and keeping many parts together in a rapidly changing everyday life.

You have good digital skills and easily learn new systems. You communicate clearly and professionally in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. In this role, you need to be flexible, able to find solutions when unexpected situations arise, and maintain calm even when the pace is high. You work independently when needed, but also enjoy collaborating to make the work function as well as possible.

You have a high school education or an equivalent background suitable for the role, such as in care, administration, or economics. Since you may need to travel within the area, a B driver's license is required.

It is an advantage if you have experience working in care and support or if you have worked with staffing, scheduling, or other administration.
