As a Development Engineer, you will belong to the development department, where you, together with your colleagues, will assist some of Sweden's most successful companies in the development of electronic products.

You will work on a project basis in internal projects or at the customer's site. The projects involve the development, testing, and industrialization of electronic products across various industries and in collaboration with different clients. When the idea to solve the customer's challenge is on the table, perhaps just as a conceptual sketch, your role is to develop the new technical solutions required for the product to be manufacturable, marketable, and profitable. You will create technical specifications and documentation, conduct feasibility studies and tests. Once the product is developed and ready for production, it can be manufactured in Inission's factories. Thus, you will have the opportunity to follow the product from idea to production.

In your role, you will maintain close communication and collaboration with Inission's clients and internal departments within production, production technology, and marketing.

You will be stationed in Inission's beautiful offices in Malmö and report to the Team Leader for the development department in Malmö. Business trips may occur as part of the job.

We are looking for someone who is a trained electronics engineer, or equivalent, and who has previously worked in development projects within electronics. You have a genuine and passionate interest in electronics, technology, and product development, and we would like you to have experience in developing electronic products from scratch.

Requirements for the role are;

• Experience in electronics development such as design, construction, schematic drawing, and PCB layout
• Experience working in Altium Designer or similar programs
• Experience in creating technical specifications and documentation
• Knowledge of EMC testing and CE marking
• Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Desirable for the role are;

• Experience in hardware-near programming in C, C++, or other high-level languages
• Experience in production testing and the construction of test equipment
• Experience working with standards such as Functional Safety, Medical, and LVD
