Step into the role

As an Electronics Engineer / Systems Specialist or Systems Engineer at MilDef, you will play a crucial role in shaping high-performance electronic systems for robust IT solutions, driving innovation from idea to reality. You will collaborate in teams to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards while leading key improvement projects that push the boundaries of technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide design analysis and select key components to support project teams in developing high-performance electronic systems
• Ensure that product and system requirements are met through careful analysis and validation during the development process
• Conduct practical testing and evaluation of new designs and technologies to ensure functionality and quality
• Lead major improvement projects and troubleshooting efforts to drive continuous product and process improvements
• Actively contribute to the development of next-generation MilDef products by enhancing reference designs in electronics

What you bring

• Experience in electronic system design or a related technical field
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronics engineering or equivalent
• Expertise in systems analysis, component selection, and practical testing
• Problem-solving skills and a willingness to improve processes as part of a team
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to shared goals
• Fluency in both Swedish and English is a requirement for this role
