We are looking for case handlers for a government agency

We are now seeking several case handlers for a government agency with an important societal mission. Here you have the chance to develop in a role characterized by meticulous work and clear processes. The assignment suits you who thrive on structure, enjoy analyzing information, and want to contribute to a legally secure flow.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a case handler, you will be a central part of our client's customer service team. As an administrative case handler, you will work with cases related to the agency's area of operations. You are part of a team where you collectively ensure that the case flow is handled efficiently and with high quality. It is important to continuously seek knowledge and dare to ask questions when in doubt. The work is on-site, and working hours are weekdays from 08:00 to 16:30.

What we offer

Our client offers comprehensive training during February-March to help you settle into the role, as well as the opportunity to be part of a large and supportive team. You will play an important role during an intensive period where you contribute to maintaining a high level of service. This is a consulting assignment via Academic Work, where you will be employed by us and work at our client's site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

The role of a case handler means that you independently and efficiently manage customer cases, navigate different systems, and make decisions.

  • Handling incoming cases
  • Navigate and manage information in multiple systems simultaneously
  • Make decisions based on applicable guidelines and processes
  • Interpret and explain legal texts

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has completed upper secondary education
  • Has a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
  • Has at least one year of experience in administrative work or work involving service and customer contact
  • Has good computer skills and the ability to handle multiple systems simultaneously

It is an advantage if you have experience from customer service or back-office work.

To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:
