About the position

Perido is now seeking a senior network engineer for Caziti – a technology-oriented IT consulting company with expertise in networking, automation, cloud services, and IT security. Caziti is based in Stockholm and helps organizations modernize, secure, and streamline their IT environments. The company works with both smaller companies and larger, security-critical operations where the demands for stability and security are high. The position is located at a Caziti client in Södertälje, with the possibility of hybrid work.

Your responsibilities

In the role of senior network engineer, you will have overall technical responsibility in client assignments and projects. You will work closely with both clients and colleagues, contributing deep technical expertise, structured troubleshooting, and advice on the design, improvement, and further development of network solutions.

You will handle complex cases, participate in architectural issues, and serve as technical support for both project teams and clients. The role also includes mentoring support for more junior colleagues. For those interested, there is also the opportunity to work with automation and basic programming.

You will be part of a smaller, highly competent specialist team in an engineering-driven company where quality, security, and long-term customer benefit are in focus.

Responsibilities included in the role:

• Technical responsibility in planning, design, and implementation of advanced network solutions
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving in complex network environments
• Gathering business requirements and designing network solutions (LAN, WAN, data center) according to applicable standards
• Coordinating with other product teams for seamless integration
• Following ITSM/CMDB processes and governance and review procedures
• Maintaining documentation (standards, RA, HLD, LLD) and developing automated frameworks
• Monitoring industry trends and ensuring compliance with security requirements
• Contributing to the automation and streamlining of network operations
• Knowledge sharing and technical support to colleagues

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience (CCNP/CCIE) as a network engineer/network architect or equivalent
• Knowledge of network protocols, routing, and LAN/WAN technology
• Knowledge level equivalent to CCNP or higher (certification is a merit but not a must)
• Ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of programming

Full-time, permanent employment at Caziti. Start date 2026-03-01.
