DM TAK is a stable, professional, and long-established growing company that works with high-quality roofing and roof services within the Stockholm region. We strive to deliver roofs that last longer. The company currently has 30 employees who work or are based in our premises in Länna Industrial Area, which in turn collaborates with about 40 subcontractors. We are currently looking for a person who can receive and manage incoming visits, calls, and emails from our office, thereby helping our customers and our team by being a reliable and efficient key person in our reception. We are therefore looking for a 

CUSTOMER-ORIENTED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

About you:

You will be our face to the outside world – and in many respects also inward. The main role in this position is to schedule our salespeople for customer meetings, which is done by responding to email inquiries and phone calls from customers and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will receive orders for service matters. Sometimes (during the low season), you may also call potential customers and schedule meetings with our skilled salespeople.

You do not need previous experience in the roofing industry or as a receptionist. The most important thing for us is that you are a stable person who wants and can deliver high-quality service for a long time to come. We are looking for someone who is efficient, driven, and good at creating order and structure. What you may lack in technical knowledge, you are willing to learn.

The work can at times be intense, and therefore you need to thrive in an environment where a lot is happening at the same time. Despite the fast pace, you remain calm, focused, and helpful. This is not an “easy job”; it is a role where you gradually build up knowledge and understanding to deliver at the highest level. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
