Team Leader Support – Systems Integration (AV/IT)

Creative Technology is now looking for a Team Leader/Manager for the Support team within Systems Integration – a key role where you lead, develop, and strengthen our support delivery for customers in Sweden and internationally.

Creative Technology is one of the world's leading providers of solutions in audio, lighting, display, and IT for the sports, entertainment, and corporate markets. We are part of NEP Group, a global player in broadcast, live events, and systems integration, which gives us the strength to deliver large international projects – while also providing local presence and support.

Support Team Leader

We work on large and complex projects, such as Eurovision, the Olympics, concerts, and corporate launches. In Sweden, we have delivered the World of Volvo in Gothenburg, Avicii Experience in Stockholm, and various stages at Ullevi.

About the role

As Team Leader for Support, you are responsible for the support related to our installations and support agreements – focusing on high customer satisfaction, structure, and sustainable long-term practices. The support is ticket-based and aimed at corporate clients. The team handles incoming cases from approximately 200 support agreements, of which about 130 are international.

The role is both strategic and operational: you lead the team's work, develop processes, and collaborate closely with technology, projects, and customers. You report to the Operations Manager and are part of the operational management/executive team.

Your main responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the support team (currently 3 people) to ensure high quality according to agreements.
  • Participate in the management team and develop both our support work and the company as a whole.
  • Ensure that cases are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure staffing and the right skills over time, including sourcing external resources globally when needed.
  • Collaborate with Operations and our global SI teams for smooth workflows and joint solutions.
  • Drive improvements in routines, SLA/agreement, follow-up, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Be a clear point of contact for customers in support-related matters and build long-term trust.

Who we are looking for

We believe you are a confident leader who enjoys being close to technology – and who can create structure without losing pace. You have likely worked in a support/operations environment with corporate clients and are used to prioritizing, communicating, and maintaining quality even when things get busy.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience as a team leader or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong background in networking (e.g., troubleshooting, routing/switching, firewalls, VPN, VLAN, WiFi).
  • Some experience in ticket-based support or equivalent and delivering according to agreements/SLA.
  • Good understanding of AV/IT environments; knowledge of display/image solutions is a big plus.
  • Ability to work methodically, analytically, and solution-oriented – even under pressure.
  • Very good Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
