Support Pedagogue for the Unit for Functional Support

About the Position

We are currently seeking a support pedagogue for the Unit for Functional Support within the social and care administration, with placement at the group home Solstigen.

The job responsibilities include, among other things:

• Care/support interventions
• Delegated health and medical care interventions
• Providing support in activities that promote participation and quality of life

The work is scheduled with day, evening, and full-day shifts, as well as on-call duties during both weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education.

Experience working with Lifecare is an advantage, as is documented experience in administrative work such as creating work routines, job descriptions, response plans, and implementation plans.

You should, after orientation, be able to work in our operational system and other IT systems used by the organization. You need to be able to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing. A B driver's license is a requirement, as the position includes driving a minibus.

To succeed in this role, you need to be structured and communicative. You enjoy working collaboratively with others and have the ability to adapt to different situations.
