JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for personal assistants for day/evening or awake night shifts for a woman with extensive care needs. In the role, you provide individually tailored care and support, where attentiveness and the ability to notice small nuances in the user's communication are of great importance. As a personal assistant, you play a central role in creating a safe, meaningful, and structured everyday life that promotes both well-being and independence.

The daytime work is performed in a team together with another assistant.

• Support in daily routines
• Care interventions based on the user's individual needs
• Support in communication and social contexts
• Create safety, predictability, and clear structure in everyday life
• Light household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and simple cooking
• Accompany on activities, walks, and outings
• Motivate and support during training, hobbies, and sensory-stimulating activities
• Keep simple, clear documentation according to routines
• Collaborate with colleagues, relatives, or teams as needed
• Be a calm, safe, and attentive support in all situations

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is empathetic, calm, and responsible, and who has a genuine interest in working with people. You are attentive, self-assured, and have an interest in people's behaviors, psychology, and communication.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have education, or ongoing education, such as nursing assistant, support assistant, support educator, childcare worker, or other equivalent education
• Have previous experience working as a personal assistant or in care and support
