About the Position

We are now looking for a support assistant for the Unit of Functional Support within the Social and Care Administration, with placement at the group home Linden.

As a support assistant, you work closely with the users and provide support in daily life based on individual needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Care/support interventions
• Delegated health and medical care interventions
• Providing support in activities that promote participation and quality of life

The work is scheduled with day, evening, and full-day shifts as well as on-call duties on weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with formal qualifications as a nursing assistant from a care program, child and leisure program, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. Documented experience in the field of functional support is required, as well as experience in low-arousal approaches.

Experience working with Lifecare is an advantage, as is documented experience in administrative work such as establishing work routines, job descriptions, response plans, and implementation plans.

After training, you should be able to work in our operational system and other IT systems used by the organization. You need to be able to communicate effectively in Swedish, both spoken and written. A B driver's license is required, as it is part of the job to drive a minibus.

To succeed in this role, you need to be flexible, have good collaboration skills, and be able to adapt support to individual needs. Furthermore, you enjoy working together with others based on established work routines and towards common goals.
