They work with everything from gas turbines and power plants to sustainable energy systems such as wind power and hydrogen. The company is a spin-off and operates in over 90 countries. In Sweden, this company is particularly strong in power generation and industrial energy solutions, including in Finspång.

About the Group

Real Estate is responsible for all properties used by Siemens Energy AB. You will be part of an engaged team of 3 people, where there are already two property managers. Together, they work to create the best conditions for the business and their tenants.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you will work broadly with varying tasks within property management. You will support the team in daily operations and gradually take on more responsibility. You will have the opportunity to participate in projects, handle simpler contracts and rental issues, and be a contact person for both internal and external parties. The role provides you with a good insight into the property industry and the opportunity to develop alongside the client.

Examples of Tasks:

Support in the management and development of the property portfolio
Participate in projects and coordinate simpler property-related initiatives
Assist with handling rental and contract issues
Be a contact person for tenants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Contribute to documentation and administrative work

We believe you have:

A post-secondary education in property management
At least 3 years of experience as a property manager or equivalent role in the private or public sector
Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Knowledge of property law and property contracts

Meritorious

Experience with property-related systems and administration
Knowledge of building permits and planning
Experience in the public sector
