Working as an Intensive Care Nurse with us:

As an intensive care nurse at Operationskonsulterna, you will have the opportunity to work in an intensive care unit in Örebro. You need to be confident in your professional role and have experience with the usual tasks of an intensive care nurse.

Working hours: Night/weekend
Period: Weeks 24-34

About you:

The work as a specialist nurse in the operating room is qualified, and we therefore want you to have at least 5 years of experience in your specialty. We believe that this is necessary to be sufficiently confident in your professional role, which aligns well with the company's role as specialists in the industry. We prefer that you have experience from several different operating departments. You should also be interested in professional development and taking a step forward in your career. We prioritize participation in courses and training. Those of us working at Operationskonsulterna have an average of about 19 years of specialist experience, and we set the highest competence requirements in the staffing industry. This means that you, as an Operations Consultant, often belong to those in the workplace with the longest experience, and as such, we expect you to find it natural to share your knowledge and experiences with newer colleagues. Mentoring students and new colleagues is part of the job.
