Klara is looking for a nurse

On behalf of our clients, Klara is seeking an experienced nurse for a vital community service where you will meet patients with complex needs. The need is immediate and lasts until April 2026. Responsibilities

You will be responsible for nursing and health care interventions in the operations. Your tasks may include:

• Assessments and follow-ups of patients.
• Medication management and delegations
• Documentation and coordination with other staff
• Advice and support to care staff
• Emergency interventions as needed

Qualifications

Nursing degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, should be recent with good references. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Nurses who can work for a longer period are prioritized, but shorter assignments are also of interest. Enjoy working independently and patient-focused; at Klara, you will have freedom under responsibility and the opportunity for variation.
