About the job - CG

Position: Permanent employment for 25 hours a week, probationary employment applies.

Start date: 2026-01-05 or by agreement.

Working hours: Early morning, daytime, late evening, and weekends are a natural part of the job.

We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Work Environment Act, you must be at least 18 years old to work in the front store.

You put the finishing touch on the customer experience

You have the chance to make the last impression on our customers' visits, so you have an important task in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This can mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so that the customer finds their way in the store. You should ensure that the customer leaves satisfied - preferably with an extra item in their bag and a good feeling in their body!

What will you do?

Every day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are:

  • Ensure that the daily operations in the checkout line and front store run smoothly by leading and distributing the work.
  • Be a role model in customer interaction and inspire colleagues to ensure our customers leave the store feeling like they had a world-class customer experience.
  • Together with the Sales Manager, be responsible for planning, following up, and developing the work in the department.
  • Work on coordinating resources and ensuring that competence is used effectively to achieve set goals and manage daily staffing planning.
  • Work in the checkout and front store, including game sales and service matters
  • Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help where needed!

You report to the Sales Manager for Checkout, who has personnel responsibility for the department.

Who are you? - CG

You are a natural problem solver who enjoys pace and excitement. A friendly hello and a desire to inspire and develop other people is a given for you. Do you have a great interest in food and selling products? Great! Do you have previous leadership experience – even better!

We believe that you:

  • Have a high school education and master Swedish in speech and writing. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it’s fantastic if you do too.
  • Have a couple of years of previous experience working in a store in the area of Checkout/front store.
  • Have previous experience working with ATG and Svenska spel.
  • If you have previous experience in leadership, store economics, and cash reporting, it is an advantage.
  • Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaging
