Would you like to join engaged and competent colleagues in creating an inspiring shopping experience that satisfies our customers? We are now looking for a full-time Group Manager (100%) for our store in Årsta, with varying working hours according to schedule.
Restaurants, cafes, food trucks, companies, and associations are some of the customers who shop at our stores. Our opening hours are between 6 AM - 8 PM on weekdays and 8 AM - 6 PM on weekends. Our assortment is broad – everything from kitchen appliances to fresh produce and consumables. Our customers appreciate our knowledgeable and helpful staff, and we want to maintain high customer satisfaction. Therefore, it is important to us that you enjoy leadership, sales, and meeting customers. You lead with clarity and engagement. It is also important that you make both employees and customers feel included and welcome.
Your team will consist of about 8-10 skilled salespeople. You will report to the Store Manager.

Your main responsibilities.
- Operational, staffing, and management responsibility for the departments.
- Follow-up on sales, budget, and key figures.
- Participate in the store's management team work – contribute to developing sales and results for the entire store.
- Establish and follow up action plans related to the store's strategies.
- Develop existing and new business/customers.
- Coach and follow up on the performance and development of your employees.
- Personnel and work environment responsibility for about 10 employees.
- Participate in daily work in the store (sales, product picking, product care, orders, cash handling, etc.)
To succeed in the role, we believe that you:
- Have a strong interest in food, service, and sales.
- Are a skilled leader with experience and knowledge in staffing planning, labor law, and collective agreements.
- Lead with great engagement and courage. You support and develop employees in a motivating way.
- Have experience in a leadership position in a grocery store and/or restaurant – preferably with a focus on fresh produce.
- Have good knowledge of store economics with a focus on and understanding of profitability and business acumen.
- Have the ability to initiate, prioritize, and drive various initiatives and activities that lead to the store achieving set goals.
- Have a forklift license (meritorious).
- Have cash handling experience (meritorious).
