We are now looking for someone who wants to manage, improve, and be responsible for a complex and exciting IT environment together with our group-wide IT team!

As an IT technician, you will be stationed at Aspa Pulp in Olshammar but will be part of the overall IT department for the entire Sweden Timber group.

Your mission:

You will play a central role in continuing to improve a secure and modern IT environment within the Sweden Timber group at Aspa Pulp and Hylte Paper together with a colleague. Together, you will have overall responsibility. This role is suitable for you who are service-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoy problem-solving. You should also be curious about learning new things in a complex environment. In the role of IT technician, it is important to be self-driven, structured, and meticulous with a strong commitment to IT!

As part of the IT section, you will primarily work with:

• Operation and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure and clients together with group IT
• Developing IT infrastructure and implementing improvements
• Part of the job involves supporting IT users regarding IT issues in Aspa and Hylte as well as to some extent other operational units within the group.

Experience:

We prefer that you have experience from similar work, a post-secondary education in IT, or have acquired knowledge in other ways. To succeed in the role of IT technician, you should have good knowledge of infrastructure and in Windows client and server products, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. Previous experience with backup management, some knowledge of IT security, databases, and BI is considered an advantage.

Requirements:

A driver's license (B) is required as business trips within the group occur.
